Youthtown

Established in 1932, we are a national not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting young people across Aotearoa. Our purpose is simple yet powerful: to empower young people to be the best they can be.

Our programmes reflect what today’s young people are passionate about, and we make sure they’re designed to create measurable change for young people in schools, whānau and communities. Through our youth enterprise or employability programmes, Tōku Pūrākau, before/after-school and holiday programmes, outdoor education and youth hubs, we support young people as they grow, explore, and connect with the world around them.

Every moment we spend helping young people build life skills, resilience, and the confidence and courage to unlock their potential is an investment into setting them up for life.
